These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the sz888 platform, accessible at sz888.onl and through the sz888 mobile application. "sz888", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to any registered user or visitor of the platform.
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on sz888, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms operate alongside the sz888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which you should also read before using the platform.

sz888 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods at any time are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
Most deposits reflect in your sz888 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. sz888 does not hold deposits once they are confirmed by the payment processor.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. sz888 reserves the right to update deposit limits at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the deposit screen before you initiate a transaction.
Note: Only deposit money you can comfortably afford to use for entertainment. Do not deposit using funds borrowed from others or funds earmarked for essential expenses.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sz888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals from sz888 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the payments team. Typical processing times are as follows:
Processing times begin once your withdrawal request has been approved. Requests made outside of business hours may be processed the following day. sz888 aims to process all standard withdrawals as quickly as possible.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must either be completed or the bonus balance forfeited. sz888 may request additional verification documents for large withdrawals as part of standard security procedures.
Bonus balance note: If your account holds both a real money balance and an active bonus balance, you may choose to forfeit the bonus balance and withdraw your real money balance at any time. Forfeited bonuses cannot be reinstated.

sz888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and specific terms that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a bonus means the bonus amount must be staked in total before withdrawal is available. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements – the contribution percentage for each game type is displayed in the relevant bonus terms.
Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Expiry dates and remaining wagering amounts are visible in your account dashboard.
All sports bets placed on sz888 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports or bet types are available within the betting section of the platform.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid. sz888 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network or device problems on the player's end.
sz888 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy. However, in the event that an obvious error in odds is published – such as prices that are clearly out of line with market value – sz888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return the stake to the player's account.
If a sports event is abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion and before a result can be declared, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets that were placed after the event started may be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific sport rules. Where a match is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, bets will generally stand. Events rescheduled beyond 72 hours will have bets voided.
Cricket matches: If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (D/L) result is declared, that counts as an official result. Bets settle on the official D/L result. If a match is called off before the minimum overs required for a D/L result, bets are voided and stakes returned.
All casino games, slots, live dealer tables and fish games on sz888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios. sz888 does not influence or interfere with individual game outcomes.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are independent of sz888. Theoretical RTP figures are visible in the game information panels for most titles in the game lobby.
Fish shooting game outcomes are determined by the platform's certified RNG. Player decisions affect target selection and timing but do not guarantee kill outcomes on individual shots.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sz888 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:
sz888 monitors account activity continuously. Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no outstanding verification issues or bonus wagering obligations exist, the remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting sz888 customer support. All voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

sz888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances outside of our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits sz888's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer.
sz888 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, legal requirements or operating practices. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
